Site Statistics, Included

A key part of having a website is knowing who is going to it, when, and how often. Ephective provides two different statistics packages for you to use. AWStats is pictured below, but we also offer Webalizer. Both AWStats and Webalizer are available with your hosting plan. Both provide similar functionality. Choice is a matter of preference.

Track your visitors

Find out how many visitors have been to your site by minute, hour, day, week, month, or year. View detailed statistics about how visitors arrived at your site and what they are doing while they are there.

You will also be able to view information about the computer your user is using. Is it Windows, is it a Mac, or Linux? Firefox, or Internet Explorer? This information will help you tailor your website to your visitors needs.

Search Engines

Most of the time, your visitor will find your site through a search engine. Find out what search phrase they used and get a unique glimpse into the mind of your visitor. Not getting any visitors from search engines? Are the search engines even looking at your page? Take a look at the detailed statistics about what search engines are visiting your page, how often, and how many pages they crawled.

Easy to use

You don't need any complex knowledge to use site statistics. Just point and click on the report you want to view and be greeted with invaluable data about what visitors are doing on your site.

Google® Analytics

All hosting plans come ready to be used with the free site statistics package offered by Google®. Just follow the instructions on the Google® Analytics help pages to install.
